Roman Vydro is an FLEX alumnus of 2009-2010. He was brave enough to take part in the FLEX program when he was 14, and he was probably one of the youngest participants that year. Living in Westlake, which is not far from Cleveland, he didn't even have an idea how this experience would strongly affect his life.

Olga Shyshman - FLEX alumna of 2003. She went to high school in Redmond, Washington, and had to change the host family four times. Yevheniya works at the American Councils as the Program Coordinator for FLEX Exchanges to Internships, helping young generations learn more about the public sector and gain experience in ministries and city councils across Ukraine. In this podcast, Yevheniya talks about the brightest moments of her exchange year and the insights she gained during that time.

Victoria is a FLEX'12 and Erasmus'14 alumna. She works as an investment manager at SMOK Ventures, and by now has gained enough experience in the tech industry. She told us a lot of stories from the exchange year, including the NASA pin, and Victoria's startup attempts.

The first guest of the Exchange Me podcast, FLEX alumnus Vitalii Deputat shares how much the exchange program changed him and how he immigrated to Canada. Vitalii took part in the program back in 2001, going to Denver, Colorado, and studying at Chatfield High School. He’s a media buyer by profession and, as he calls himself, an immigrant by accident.
